The Company is a mineral exploration company subject to National Instrument 43-101 — Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101"). All scientific and technical information disclosed by the Company is prepared by or reviewed and approved by a Qualified Person ("QP") as defined under NI 43-101.
The August 2026 investor presentation identifies Warren Robb, P.Geo., as the Qualified Person who reviewed and approved its scientific and technical information. Technical information on this website is drawn from that presentation and the technical report described below.
Technical disclosure on this website is supported by the NI 43-101 Technical Report on the McKenzie Gold Project prepared by S. Kenwood, P.Geo., effective 25 April 2022, amended 28 July 2026, filed on SEDAR+. There is no current mineral resource estimate on the McKenzie Gold Project.
Unless otherwise stated, all drill results represent downhole widths, not true widths. True widths cannot be determined without additional information on the orientation of the mineralized zone relative to the drill hole. Grades are uncapped unless otherwise stated.
Core from the McKenzie drill programs was logged and cut at a secure facility in Red Lake, Ontario, and analysed by Activation Laboratories.
All dollars are Canadian. Measurements are metric. Gold grades are reported in grams per tonne (g/t Au). Coordinates are NAD83 UTM Zone 15N.
This website refers to neighbouring deposits and historic production in the Red Lake camp, including Red Lake, Campbell, Cochenour-Willans, and the Hasaga Property. Mineralization on neighbouring properties is not necessarily indicative of mineralization on the McKenzie Gold Project. Resource and production figures for neighbouring properties are as reported by their operators and have not been independently verified by Autumn Gold Corp.

Forward-looking statements are based on management's current beliefs and assumptions, including that market conditions will support mineral exploration, required financing will be available, and qualified personnel will be retained. They are subject to known and unknown risks including: commodity price fluctuations; changes in laws or regulations; the speculative nature of mineral exploration; title risks; environmental risks; limited operating history; and other risks described in the Company's filings on SEDAR+.
There is no guarantee that any exploration program will result in the discovery of a mineral resource, the definition of a mineral reserve, or the advancement of any property to production. The Company does not undertake to update forward-looking statements except as required by applicable securities laws.
